Past & Future

Nachon Enterprises date back to 1973, when Mr. Carlos Nachon Sr. founded a Home Improvement Center to serve the Florida market, but this successful story really begun back in the 1930’s when young Carlos Sr. already a visionary, turned a challenging exile experience into the family legacy that Nachon Enterprises is today.
 
Carlos Sr. originally started a lumber and hardware business in his hometown of Cohimar, Cuba in 1935, but was forced to relocate from Cuba to Puerto Rico as the political challenges arose, and as many of his countryman, he also had to leave his beloved nation.
 
He relocated his business and managed to diversify and expand his product lines in Puerto Rico where he remained and operated successfully until 1972. Then in 1973 filled with valor and desire for growth and success, Mr. Nachon Sr. decided to reestablish himself in Miami and conquer the local market. Carlos Sr. once again succeeded, and Nachon Enterprises became the preferred supplier in Miami, where it continues to be headquartered at the present day.

Priscilla began working at Nachon nearly 30 years ago.  She is the current President of the company, and before this position, she was involved in the lumber, hardware, door production, project management and sales. She is a natural born leader who has been the driving force for the renovation, expansion and the development of the hardware supply department of Nachon Lumber and Hardware.  Priscilla is the source of new ideas and innovation, and possesses a unique approach to the daily implementation of marketing strategies, diversification, and a key factor in maintaining solid relations with our business partners and valued customers.

Mrs. Fabiola Nachon is the Co-Founder of Nachon Lumber and Hardware.  She is one of our greatest assets, she is active in the company and continues to bring experience, wisdom, and unparalleled support in our day-to-day operations.  From coordinating all departments, to customer support, to daily implementation of strategies, Mrs. Nachon is a main ingredient to our every day success.
