How to subscribe
Enrollment is web-only: use the dedicated form at https://suite.xpro.cloud/c/nachon. Enter your mobile number and select the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and optional; submitting without selecting it does not enroll you.
Paper forms, verbal interest, imported contacts and text keywords do not enroll you in this program. In store or by phone, staff can guide you to the online form. Providing a phone number for a purchase or signing a purchase or contract does not subscribe you.
Voluntary consent
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may place an order, complete a transaction, receive a delivery or obtain customer service without subscribing to messages. Contact us by phone or email for assistance.
Program activation
While SMS updates are not active, the form records your preference. Contact us by phone or email for order assistance. Once the program is active, a confirmation may be queued; a queued confirmation does not guarantee delivery.

Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again through a new online consent form. If your carrier has blocked messages after STOP, you may also need to reply START or UNSTOP to unblock them; these keywords alone do not enroll you. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
