Careers at Nachon Lumber & Hardware

At Nachon Lumber & Hardware, our team is the foundation of everything we build — literally and figuratively. Since 1973, we've grown by investing in the people who show up every day for our customers, our contractors and each other.

We're always looking for dedicated, skilled professionals who want to grow with a family-owned company that's still expanding after more than five decades in Hialeah.

What we offer

• A team-first working environment
• Ongoing, regular training programs
• Room to grow personally and professionally
• The stability of a family-owned business serving South Florida since 1973
• Work that matters, on real construction, remodeling and restoration projects
