Who we are and what this policy covers
Nachon Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Nachón Lumber & Hardware, operates a building materials, doors and hardware business in Hialeah, Florida. This policy covers our customer, purchase and account records and the information collected through this website.
Our order text-message program has a separate SMS Privacy Policy. That policy continues to govern information collected through the SMS program.

Information we collect
Customer and account information may include your name or business name, contact person, phone number, email address, billing and delivery addresses and customer or account number. Purchase records include invoice numbers, dates, amounts, currency, products or categories, payment status and whether an account is a trade account or a cash customer.
The website contact form collects your name, phone number and message, and optionally your email and department. We also record the request type, language, source page and an identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions. Quote requests include the products, options and quantities you select; the quote cart also asks for your name and phone number.
When you email us, including for a job application, we receive your message, contact details and any documents you attach. Catalog downloads do not require registration. Our service infrastructure processes connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
This website does not accept payments or completed payment-authorization forms, and has no customer login. Please do not include payment card numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents in website inquiries.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries and applications, prepare quotes, process orders and invoices, coordinate pickups and deliveries, provide customer service and maintain customer and business records. We also use it to protect our systems, address abuse, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and understand our products and advertising results.
Providing a phone number or sending an inquiry does not enroll you in text alerts. The optional order-message program requires its own enrollment choice.
Advertising measurement and customer audiences
We share customer and purchase records with our advertising agency to measure whether Nachón advertisements on Facebook and Instagram lead to purchases and to build customer-based advertising audiences. Monthly purchase exports and a customer list support this work. Depending on the authorized upload workflow, the agency may receive readable contact and purchase information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, address details, customer identifiers and purchase details available in our records.
For platform matching, identifiers may be normalized and converted to SHA-256 hashes. Meta can compare those values with information it already holds to match customers to its users. Hashing does not make the information anonymous or prevent this matching. Agency workflows that require readable values can process those values before the platform performs its matching.
Purchase information may include invoice and transaction dates, amounts and currency, payment status, product categories, trade or cash account type and first or last purchase dates. Advertising exports do not include payment card numbers, bank details or the contents of customer messages.
Information collected through the SMS program is not used for this advertising purpose. Phone numbers submitted to that program are excluded from advertising exports, including when the same number appears in customer purchase records. This phone exclusion does not mean that every other identifier in a separate customer record is excluded.
To request that your information be excluded from future advertising measurement or customer-audience files, contact us using the details below. Requests are handled by our team; there is no automatic advertising opt-out control on this website. We will review the request and coordinate any necessary action with our agency. This does not automatically remove previously uploaded events or change your Meta account settings.
Meta handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can also manage advertising preferences in your Meta account.
SMS program
The optional SMS program covers order updates and pickup and delivery notifications. Its separate privacy policy and terms govern the phone numbers, consent records and messages collected through that program. For help or to stop texts, follow that program's instructions, including HELP and STOP. This general policy does not change the SMS Privacy Policy.
Other sharing
Service providers help us operate our business, systems, website, email and delivery services. We share information needed for those services, and with the advertising agency and Meta as described above. We may also disclose information at your direction or when necessary to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes or protect the rights and safety of our business and others.
Website storage and third-party links
This Nachón catalog and quote-request website does not add its own analytics or advertising pixels and does not set application cookies. The quote cart uses browser session storage for selections and retry identifiers; it does not store your name, phone number or email there. Our content delivery and security providers process connection data and may use security scripts or necessary security cookies.
Links to maps, social networks and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. If you visit a separate website platform, it may use different cookies or analytics; this section describes this catalog and quote-request website.
Requests, retention and security
You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise an advertising-use concern. We may ask for information to verify your identity or an authorized representative. We review requests in light of the records and obligations involved; some information may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or other applicable requirements.
We retain information as needed for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The period depends on the type of record and our business or legal need. SMS program records remain subject to its separate policy.
